Representative of the National Preventive Mechanism, Marcin Kusy, took part in the 6th Thematic NPM Workshop "The protection of persons belonging to particularly vulnerable groups in places of deprivation of liberty’" in Baku (Azerbaijan). During the workshop the member of Polish NPM presented the role of NPMs in the protection of LGBT persons from risks of ill-treatment in places of detention. The workshop was organised within the framework of the “European NPM Project” and co-organised with the NPM in Baku.
