The Commissioner addressed the Minister of Health, once again asking for a legal regulation of the technical and medical aspects of genetic code tests. The Commissioner would also like to know the results of the work of the team for the analysis of health care organization in the field of genetics, as well as the stage of legislation process for Poland’s ratification of the European Convention on Bioethics.
