Stanisław Trociuk
Deputy Commissioner
Stanisław Trociuk - born on 3 December 1964. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. He completed legal adviser's training.
He has been working in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights since 1989. Between 1995 and 2001, he has the Director of the Team for Administration and Housing Law at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights.
He was appointed for the position of Deputy Commissioner for Human Rights on 1 January 2002.
He is the author of a number of publications relating to administration and housing law, i.a. „Najem lokali mieszkalnych po nowelizacji" (Housing units rental law after the revision, 1998), „Własność lokali" (Real property ownership, 1998), „Prawo mieszkaniowe" (Housing Law, 1998), „Samorząd województwa" (Voivodship Government, 1999), „Terenowe organy administracji rządowej" (Territorial bodies of government organisation, 1999), „Ustawa o Rzeczniku Praw Obywatelskich. Komentarz" (Law on the Human Rights Defender. Comments, 2005)..
