The Commissioner for Human Rights applied once again to the Minister of Justice with regard to the enforcement of ruling of the European Tribunal of Human Rights of 30 June 2015 with regard to the case: Grabowski vs. Poland. The case concerned stay in youth detention centre without legal basis. In practice the stay of youth in the centre was extended without court decision and without the possibility to claim cancellation of the applied measure.
