Imposing penalties for unjustified refusal to provide service is consistent with the Constitution as it prevents discrimination. This is the CHR’s position forwarded to the Constitutional Tribunal in connection with one of the provisions of the Code of Misdemeanours, which has been challenged by the Prosecutor General. (more)
