The CHR calls for restraint in the language of political debate
The tone of many public statements in our country has reached the level of political and cultural war. Some words and expressions are used which violate human dignity and divide citizens into different categories. (...) Consequences of the failure to pay alimony
On 31 May, new legislation will come into force, making it possible to impose penalties for non-payment of alimony already after three months. Some of the penalties may be served under the Electronic Surveillance System, as had been postulated by the Expert Committee on Alimony Payments.
