Commissioner for Human Rights

The Commissioner turned to the Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court concerning notification of the parties to proceedings about the charge for issuing a written verdict with substantiation. The problem of insufficient provision of such information by courts was pointed during the meetings of the Commissioner with social organizations in Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship in November 2015. The interested parties do not have knowledge concerning, e.g. remission possibilities, postponement or distribution into instalments of a Registry charge. In addition, courts do not always notify the parties that omission of payment shall result in its collection by way of judicial enforcement.
