In application to the Minister of Health, the Commissioner for Human Rights applies once again to include the content of Istanbul Protocol to the medical study. This document, addressed first of all to doctors and lawyers, is extremely useful in the effective identification and documentation of cases of torture and other treatment for the needs of justice.
