Execution of ECHR rulings concerning dangerous prisoners

The Commissioner for Human Rights applied to the Director General of Prison Service with regard to the issues of proper enforcement of rulings of the European Court of Human Rights in cases against Poland concerning dangerous prisoners. In accordance with the ECHR ruling decisions on qualification to the category of dangerous prisoners or on extension of this status should include detailed justification. Detention conditions should be adjusted to individual behaviour and personal characteristics
