Electronic inbox of the Human Rights Defender Office

Data:

The electronic inbox of the Office of the Human Rights Defender is the publicly accessible electronic means of communication for transmitting electronic documents to the Office of the Human Rights Defender by using an electronic platform of public administration services (ePUAP) (Article 3(17) of the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerisation of activities of entities performing public tasks, Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 64, item 565).

You can submit your application to the Human Rights Defender Office in the form of an electronic document through the electronic inbox via the dedicated form available on the ePUAP platform – before you do that, you have to register and log on to the ePUAP platform.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Act on the Human Rights Defender (“An application addressed to the Defender shall be exempt from charges, and no special form shall be required; however, the identity must be indicated of the applicant and the person whose liberty and right is involved in the case, and the subject of the case must be defined”), it is not mandatory to have a profile of a trusted or secured electronic signature verified through the qualified certificate.
