Dmytro Lubinets appointed as the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
Commissioner for Human Rights Marcin Wiącek congratulated Dmytro Lubinets on his appointment as the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Dmytro Lubinets was appointed commissioner by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on July 1, 2022. He replaced Lyudmyla Denysova, who was dismissed on May 31. He is a member of the Ukrainian parliament, Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
