The Commissioner for Human Rights applied once again to the Director General of Prison Service with regard to difficulties during telephone calls of prisoners to their relatives. The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights still receives great number of prisoner's claims concerning the quality of telecommunication services provided by the new operator at the area of penal institutions
