Efficient delivery of court and prosecutor letters is of great importance for the correct functioning of the judiciary, as it ensures that the citizens’ constitutional right to a court is properly exercised. In his address to the Minister of Justice, the Commissioner has asked for information on the drafting and implementation of regulations which would guarantee an efficient supervision of carrying out the currently binding contract on court letters delivery.
