Condolence letter on death of Mr. Tahir Elçi

Dr. Adam Bodnar, Commissioner for Human Rights, sent a letter of condolence on death of Mr. Tahir Elçi to the Ambassador of Turkey. Mr. Tahir Elçi, a Kurdish lawyer and human rights defender was killed in the Sur district of Diyarbakir in the southeastern region of Turkey on 28 November 2015.
