The Commissioner for Human Right questioned, in the application to Constitutional Court, regulations of the number of acts which do not envisage possibilities to submit a complaint concerning the use of direct coercive measures and firearm by some services. In the opinion of the Commissioner for Human Rights, the questioned provisions are not in line with provisions of the constitution and Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms
