On access to benefits from the child support fund

The Commissioner applied to Prime Minister with a request to take steps concerning effective protection of rights of parents of children entitled to alimony. In the answer given by the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs it was indicated that, despite the assumptions that public authority has to collect them from debtors, the funds payable from the child support fund are financed by the state budget. For this reason, it is currently impossible to direct this forms of assistance to all people entitled to alimony who do not receive it due to ineffectiveness of enforcement.
