Commissioner refers the Act on the Prosecutor's Office to the Constitutional Tribunal

The Commissioner for Human Rights referred to the Constitutional Tribunal the Act on the Prosecutor's Office. This Act gave enormous powers to the politician. The Minister of Justice may directly affect the conduct of specific cases, decide to arrest or search. He is allowed to inform media and to disclose the secret  of investigation to those who do not perform any public functions.
