The representatives of the Human Rights Defender took part in the workshop "On site visit & Exchange of experiences" carried out within the framework of the so-called "European NPM Project". The workshop was conducted by the members of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture (SPT), the European Committe for the Prevention of Torture (CPT), the Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT) and the Council of Europe.
