In a previous statement, the Commissioner has mentioned the need to adapt the advice for the victim included in the “Blue Card” form to the current criminal code provisions. As announced, the relevant changes were going to be made while amending the act on preventing domestic violence. The Commissioner asked the Minister of Family, Work and Social Policy for the newest information on the envisaged conclusion of the legislation process.
