The representative of the National Preventive Mechanism, Wojciech Sadownik, took part in conference on the establishment of NPM in Ukraine, which took place in Kiev, as a joint program of the Council of Europe and the European Commission. The aim of the meeting was to present different ways of NPM establishing including organizational and legal solutions.
