The representative of the National Preventive Mechanism, Marcin Kusy, took part in the Conference of Public Monitoring Committees of representatives from Southern and North-Caucasian Federal Districts “Ways of overcoming the difficulties of the public control in the Russian Federation”. The conference was organized in the framework of the Russia PMC Pre-Project by the National Human Rights Structures and Council of Europe. During the session the NMP representative presented "National mechanisms of torture and inhuman degrading treatment prevention"- Russia, Pyatigorsk.
