Delays in implementation of EU law to domestic law

The Commissioner for Human Rights is concerned about information from which it stems that Poland is one of the EU Member States having the greatest delays in implementation of the EU law to domestic law. The Commissioner for Human Rights applied in this respect to the Secretary of State for European Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
