The Commissioner’s intervention concerning a foreigner’s right to remain in Poland

A woman who came to Poland from Ukraine, applied for international protection and started a new life, was supposed to be transferred with her children to Great Britain, the only reason for that being that she owned a visa that authorized her to enter and reside in that country. Following the Commissioner’s intervention, the Council for Refugees initiated a procedure of revoking its decision.
